I have decided to compile a list of my personal favorites in regards to exercise videos, and workout information. I have also posted the web address to click on for purchasing these items.
If you're just getting started I would recommend starting with some of the original Tae Bo workouts from years ago. They are great starter kits, and a little less impact as well. Also, most of the tae bo kits that are mentioned here have a beginner series so that you can work your way up to the intermediate workouts.
Billy Blanks Tae Bo Cardio Circuit series - Great all over workouts, start with circuit one obviously. They are about 30 minutes long, and really good starter workouts. These can be found at http://www.billyblanks.com/
Workout: One on One Training with Jackie - this is a GREAT over-all workout with fitness trainer Jackie Warner and I love this one! This is in three segments of 20-25 minutes, each segment targeting either upper body, lower body or the core. http://www.jackiewarner.com/store/
Billy Blanks Tae Bo Amped Kit - this is also a great over-all workout, and tends to focus more on the arms with a lot of cardio bursts. This kit comes with an 'amped bar' but if you buy the videos individually and don't get the amped bar you can use hand weights instead. http://www.billyblanks.com/category/store/amped.do
Billy Blanks Tae Bo Bootcamp Series - all of these are excellent cardio workouts and great for working the arms, butt, thighs, chest and abs. As you will see there are several Bootcamp videos available targeting each part of the body. Some of these workouts use 'Billy bands', and again if you don't buy the kit and don't have bands you can use hand weights.

Shape Bikini Body Camp Transforming Workout - preferably the Cardio Sculpt Interval workout - I LOVE this for an awesome cardio blast! It also has some strength segments and works the legs quite a bit. http://www.shape.com/
You can increase the intensity of each of these workouts buy holding a pair of light hand weights during the regular routine.

I really need to do more working out... For some reason, it's easier for me to focus on eating right than it is to exercise. I have the Tae Bo video, along with one I like, too, by Jillian from the Biggest Loser series, but I've only used them a few times. You motivate me, Sara! I'll have to get with it!

You know, it's easier for me to focus on working out! You keep me motivated with the eating right...so I guess we really balance each other out! I knew we were meant to be good friends! :)
